I made these the other day and they taste great! But, I was curious as to the nutritional content of these things being that it's a lot of peanut butter. So, I whipped out the calculator and did some very quick, hasty figures to get an idea of what was in them. I came up with some figures to give a kind of "ballpark" idea.

Roughly (and I do mean roughly)

per bar:
405 calories
13g fat
2.5g sat fat
25g sugars (mostly from honey)
20g protein

crap...forgot carbs =/ DOH!

Anyways...anyone else try to figure this out too? What did you come up with?

does anyone have any recipes that are higher in protein and less in fat *(i don't care if they taste shity)
