| you need chicken breasts.. grilled 1 box of rice a roni broccoli au gratin 1 cup brown rice i cant believe its not butter 1 cup steamed broccoli replace the rice a roni with brown rice and cook it with the i cant... and mixed with chopped chicken and broccli and vuwallaaa killer meal try it out an let me know what you think.. |

Gender: | I guess so , but I can spend a couple bucks on some spices (Mrs.Dash - no salt ) and have them last a few months...I guess it's whatever your tastes are, and how fast you go through them. |

| I just go down to the dollar store, and buy some garlic powder, dried onion flakes, and I'm good. I don't add salt to anything I cook (unless I cook for someone who likes salt) It may seem like a little bit, but it's like paying three times as much for the same thing. Imagine paying $90 for some Protein from some fancy-pants supp. shop, when you can get the same one for $30 from Wal-Mart. |
