| Alright so like ive announced i am going into training to do the fihgt sport kind of thing. Anyways i still got some weight to burn and im goign to need alot of energy for that explosive training shit. Anyways i was wondering if anyone can help me try and make a diet where i can still lsoe some weight but yet be able to have plenty of energy every day so i can train hard. |
