Has anybody else tried this?
Yeah, that's a mainstay for me. Once or twice every day I'll make a big bowl of oatmeal and throw in a scoop of ON's 100% whey. As a kid I used to always put maple syrup on it..I don't anymore. Chocolate 100% whey and oatmeal is the shit IMO.

0311 do you ever have a problem with digestion when eating oatmeal several time a day?

I started eating it 3 x a day and man.. it brings tears to my fiance's eyes. I've found beano to be somewhat helpful.. but it's damn expensive

Lol..No, I only eat oatmeal/protein once or twice a day when it's more convenient than trying to cook. Look into Walmart Metamucil or if you have more money to spend, go to somewhere like Costco Wholesale..They have enough servings in an $18 to last a half year. I use 2-4 tablespoons per day of Metamucil and have never felt this good!

My stomach is a rock. I've been forcefeeding myself for so long that I can eat just about anything to go along with my 400 grams a day of protien. The only requirement my body needs is that fiber supplement.

Yeah, I like to mix natural peanut butter with cooked rolled oats and add a little sea salt and sometimes add in some whey protein also.
