| 0311 do you ever have a problem with digestion when eating oatmeal several time a day? I started eating it 3 x a day and man.. it brings tears to my fiance's eyes. I've found beano to be somewhat helpful.. but it's damn expensive |

My stomach is a rock. I've been forcefeeding myself for so long that I can eat just about anything to go along with my 400 grams a day of protien. The only requirement my body needs is that fiber supplement. | |

| Yeah, I like to mix natural peanut butter with cooked rolled oats and add a little sea salt and sometimes add in some whey protein also. TM www.AmpedNutrition.com |
