| Take about 1/2 cup of yogurt, (sugar-free if right before bedtime), add in a scoop of protein, give it a mix, top off with some ground cinnamon-good for you-and enjoy! You can also add in nuts, or other (good) fat sources to slow protein digestion if taken before bedtime. I have this about every night. |

Gender: | You can use some cottage cheese instead of the yogurt also. And if you want to get rid of the chunks of cottage cheese to make it more smooth like yogurt, toss the cottage cheese in a food processor or use a hand whipper for a few seconds. |
