| Lmao this poor kid is gonna have heart attack. heres one 1 bag tortilla chips 1lb pepper jack cheese 1 cheese grater empty quarter bag in large bowl grate 4 oz cheese then repeat adding layers till done then pop in miccrowave. excluding bag do to fact i dont have bag of chips so heres info w/o that 1760calories protien 96grams fatt 144 grams thats without bag of chips so would b more fat n cals |

Gender: | these are the best weight gainers ive seen in years. good job with these i must say. u know whats really good what i had this morning scrambled eggs with cheese in them as u make the eggs throw in pieces of american cheese, comes out good. of course its even better drenched in a liter of pure lard. got that recipe off of the american heart association website so i know its certified as heart healthy |
