| Protein Shake Recipes Apple Pie Add 8 oz. of Non-Fat milk or water. One scoop of vanilla protein powder. Add three tablespoon of apple pie filling, 1/4 teaspoon of ground allspice, and three ice cubes. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds. For Muscle gain - Double recipe. Crispy Hippie 1 cup of 2% milk. One scoop of chocolate protein powder. | Also, for P+F shakes.... Dr X likes whipping cream... good stuff, 0 carb It does get thicker if you use a blender with it. 2-3 tbsp oil (flax, EEOV, Enova, avacado, udos, coconut, good stuff) 30-60g protien (a concentrate or something with minimal carbs) 1 tbsp sugar free flavoring (koolaid style, atkins syrups, BSL makes a flavor system) 1-2tbsp (5-10 g) flax seed, or psyllum husk if I have it. Or 2oz whipping creme 30-50g protien concentrate, or something low carb. 1tsp Black Star Labs flavor concentrate, vanil or choc. I usually have one of these in the morning if I wake up late, and cannot make something. Dont start off with a high dose of flax seed or psyllum husk, work it up. |

| Quick idea I never tried for the winter get choco flavor protien heat milk pour in blender add powder then pour in coffee mug and if wanted top with whip cream. I dont think it will but getting the protien hot shouldn't effect it right? |
