over the weekend i mixed protien powder and sugar free and 0 cal ice tea mix in water and was quite good so just another thing you can drink your protien with

oh that explains it lol i didnt even know there was a plain powder i thought they just had like chocolate vanilla and strawberry things like that

lol yea i did very little research on my protien powder the first time i walked into the vitamin shoppe i just looked around very quickly and then desided to get on's whey it worked for me so i just stick with that one and dont bother looking at the competition lol which is bad most of the time
