well i wasnt to sure about making this new thread since i wasnt sure how popular this site is (its the first one i came up with when i searched on google, so i figured most of u knew about it) has some decent sounding cottage cheese recipes http://www.stumptuous.com/cottage.html enjoy

Around 16 grams a serving its good as a protien source because of low fat, low cals, and low carbs.

eat it before bed...it has a slow release of its nutritents so your getting a constant supply of protien throughout the night
