Default Very Simple Snack

1 can of tuna
1 cup of low-fat yogert. (I perfer strawberry)

Mix it up and eat it. It's actually good, try it out.

tried it and loved it... the strawberry flavor was a little strong so the next time I did it I cut it with regular nonfat yogurt... great to use instead of mayo type goop..

I tried this with my favorite flavor yogurt, key lime. Wow not good!! I'll have to try plain yogurt next time.

I Tried it with regular yogurt, with some pepper and salt, and it was pretty good.
