| The vanilla's not that great, but I will ingest it if there is none other. The worst kind I've ever had, hands (and feet) down was this 3-gal or so tub from GNC. It tasted OK (at best) w/ milk, and simply horrible w/ water! |

And pity, the EAS vanilla 100%whey doesn't mix as well in a hand shaker as the 100% Whey Chocolate. BUT, the EAS mixed blend mixes better and tastes better than both. If you put the 100% whey in a blender with 1/2 a banana, about 6-8 ice cubs with 12oz of water it works better. But put the protein in last and only mix the protein in for about 10 seconds, the 100% Whey vanilla foams up really bad. Also, the vanilla mixed blend mixes really well in a hand shaker with cold water and ice cubs. Even better than the chocolate. But, DON't use hot water, it makes it clump up. Hope this wasn't to confusing... Bottom line, the mixed blend mixes better either way and tastes better. Also, with the Vanilla mixed blend you can add fruit and get a better flavor. You're more limited as to what you can add with chocolate. I'm just not sure I would want to drink a chocolate-peach shake. | |
