14 Year Old Fat Loss
I'm 14 and 140-150 pounds, and I want to cut down to 130ish. I have unlimited access to a gym with basically all kinds of equipments, and I am going food shopping tomorrow. Any tips on what kind of food i should buy, how much, and my eating habits? Thanks in advance.

Why do you want to cut weight? According to your profile, you are 14 and 5'9. I don't get why you would want to weigh 130.

What are your reason why you want weight loss?
You are young and your not over weight.
If you will going to go for food shopping, better choose fruits, lots of it. If you really serious of having weight loss.

at 14 you should probably be eating more... your body is still growing and will need the extra nutrition
