If you workout hard, you may be able to lose some weight, however, if you don't want to go on a diet, try simply adjusting your food regime :)

If you like food to much, just cut back on portions that you're eating. You could attempt the IIFIYM (flexible dieting). Sure have some of your favorite foods, just make sure youre keeping in check with your calorie consumption. It's really a numbers game. Figure out how many calories you need to maintain your current wight, subtract 300-500 calories from that and work with that number. Its really simple, sometimes people try too hard. Mix that with some weight training and cardio and you shouldnt have a problem losing a few pounds.

Cardio and caloric restriction. If you don't want to change your eating, feel free to stay 'fat'

Have Protein at Every Meal and Snack. Adding a source of lean or low-fat protein to each meal and snack will help keep you feeling full longer so you're less likely to overeat. Try low-fat yogurt, small portion of nuts, peanut butter, eggs, beans, or lean meats. Experts also recommend eating small, frequent meals and snacks (every 3-4 hours), to keep your blood sugar levels steady and to avoid overindulging.

I don't think you can want one without the other. I believe you have to in some way be wary of what you eat together with exercise in order to lose weight and maintain it. Maybe it's just me but I think it's really hard to do that without proper diet.

How many calories are you eating on average per day?

You need to calculate your daily calorie expenditure(how many calorie you burn through your normal daily activities) and contrast to your daily average calories.

When you have that info, add in full body workouts with weights or cardio to put you into a calorie deficit.

If you are eating like a pig(no disrespect) you are gonna have to do some ungodly amounts of work in the gym to balance things out.

Try to eat the things you like but control it and stay in calorie range that is realistic to burn off through hard work. I'm a foodie too bro. I feel your pain, lol.
