Best way to loose weight Is there any way I can loose my weight without dieting. I am kind of foody. |
If you workout hard, you may be able to lose some weight, however, if you don't want to go on a diet, try simply adjusting your food regime :) |
If you like food to much, just cut back on portions that you're eating. You could attempt the IIFIYM (flexible dieting). Sure have some of your favorite foods, just make sure youre keeping in check with your calorie consumption. It's really a numbers game. Figure out how many calories you need to maintain your current wight, subtract 300-500 calories from that and work with that number. Its really simple, sometimes people try too hard. Mix that with some weight training and cardio and you shouldnt have a problem losing a few pounds. |
