how is it that now im doing cardio, my legs are getting toner and there is barely any fat on them, but my chest isnt going down and either is my stomach. ive been eating healthy too. how do i loose the bitch tits and gut?

just keep going with what your doing, usually the last place you lose it from will be your chest, gut, and side areas. Its just how we are made, as long as your losing fat, keep at it.

At 5'11 250 your a little heavy, it will come off over time if you keep at it.

would you think that bench pressing or chest exercising should help at all?

I think it's best to weight train and do cardio, just keep with it consistency is the key

Agreed. First place I lose it from my face, chest is always the last to go.

Working your chest muscles isn't going to get rid of the fat on top of it. Your just going to have to bite the bullet and focus on diet and cardio a little more in addition to your lifting. Like everyone else said, chest/gut fat on men is usually one of the last places to go.
