Well I really appreciate all those questions and yes my goals are way more bigger than the beach. Honestly if I had "the beach body" It still wouldn't faze me. I'm just a girl who has never been in shape how I truly wanted and now all my focus is based on achieving a leaner look. My ultimate goal is to drop my bodyfat down to 15% and to become a fitness model as well as a fitness trainer. I know that will take a long time, but i'm in it for the long haul. Whatever it takes. Thanks again for the advice guys and feel to continue to comment.

Also to Hrgain response you said it takes you about 18-24 hrs to reach ketosis and you asked me why am I even bothering to carb cycle due to my days but I can still reach ketosis the first three low carb days and as for the next three days I will up the carbs but I'm still eating a bit low for some people don't you think?
I suppose, its just contrary to what i've done and had success with, not to say it wont work for you. IMO 3-4 days in ketosis will be better for fat loss then 1-2 days which is what your currently looking at.

I would also hesitate to use this type of diet if your planning on any kind of endurance competition ... or atleast discontinue its use and start training for the endurance comp earlier then later.
