Default Glycemic Index Food Values List

Below is a comprehensive glycemic index food values chart for you guys to see exactly what GI value is associated with your carb sources. If you don't really know what the glycemic index is, I suggest doing some background reading on it at David Mendosa's Website, from which this list is borrowed. This is pretty long so I have to divide it into a few posts, please ignore the formatting as it is pretty hard to get it to display right on a forum.

Nice list Sleazy. another great site is NutritionData.com. They have a huge databse of commom foods. They even have data on fast food. Which I hate to say I do eat once in a while.
