Crucial Factor in Losing Fats

I would like to share on the real mechanism for weight lost which will enable anyone to see results within 12 weeks, lose the fat you want and stay that way in the long run without the weight coming back on.

The method is actually very simple. From prehistoric time, our ancestors were built to only accumulate lean muscles, not fat as they need to constantly be out running and hunting for food. Hence, our body has actually very good fat burning mechanisms. These fat burning enzymes in our body loses their effectiveness over time as we started to take in junk food which accumulates as toxins in our body impeding their normal function of burning fats efficiently. Therefore, the most important factor to losing fat is to restore the body's fat burning mechanism to its effective state so that you will be burning fat 24/7. This involves a 2 weeks cleansing of the body from the negative toxins and chemicals accumulated over the years. The detoxification process is just a diet on natural food sources which includes seeds and nuts for protein and fat, organic fruits and vegetables, beans, and other whole food sources. Nothing processed and definitely no junk food. After this detoxification process, the body is ready to take on the massive fat burning agenda. Effective mental and physical exercises complemented by a diet consisting of crucial food sources that actually help the body to burn fat instead of retaining them will guarantee results in 12 weeks.
