i know this isnt the best, but i take a martial art 2-3 days a week, days opposite my workouts. the martial art being very leg reliant, i dont have the strength for both.

you eventually will. it will just be hard for a week or to. just dont go in there putting on as much weight as possible and doing a whole bunch. start off with something that will work you out a little but not get you to sore. you can do it, you just have to want to do it. also realize that just because you squat doesnt mean you have to do it until you drop. just make sure you get a good leg workout in. i would much rather do squats then the leg press anyday

ok, I figure I'll just post here instead of creating a new topic. its not just that I'm not growing anymore, my bench is at a plateau. I've tried taking a week off, which didnt help. what else can I try?

first are you eating enough food? are you getting enough nutrients in your body? second hav eyou switched up your routine lately? you can do lower weight with more reps. you can do lower the reps and do bigger weight. you can do pyramids, etc

I'm getting 3000 - 3500 calories a day, so I don't think that's an issue. I haven't really changed my routine, I mean I alterate worout days, but that's it.
