If you have never done an ECA stack before I would start out with 2 pills daily, 1 pill in the morning and one in the evening. This will allow you to adapt to the stack and also to let it wear off before you hit the sack, otherwise you may have problems sleeping.

Once you get adapted to its not uncommon to take 4-6 pills daily depending on your tolerance and weight. ECA affects people differently, so its better to start off light. I personally prefer a 3 times a day dosing using 1-2 pills of the standard EC stack at a time (I don't use the asprin).

If you want just the standard EC stack I would get something like Synergy EC from Bulknutrition. Your other option is to get some Ephedrine HCL, Caffeine Tabs, and Aspirin and make them yourself. Biotek has some cheap ephedrine hcl that you can buy online.

Ephedrine HCL is a synthetic variety of ephedra that is manufactured in laboratories. Ephedrine is one of the alkaloids present in the herb ephedra.

The difference is mainly how its derived or manufactured. As far as potentcy, I am guessing its is much easier for the supplement/pharm companies to produce a consistent form of Ephedrine HCL with a common potentcy as compared to extracting ephedrine alkaloids for their products. This maybe why you feel the HCL more, but of course people react differently to different forms of stimulants.

Ephedrine HCL is the better choice, due to more accurate potency and quality as well as minimal sides.

Ephedra in the herbal form in many of the old thermogenics has been known to vary greatly in dosing (which can be problematic) and also has much worse side effects (jitters, anxiety, etc).

Most people tolerate Ephedrine HCL better.

Standard EC stack is 20mg E and 200mg C. Start slow to assess tolerance.
