Fat Lose without Cardio ?
Ther eis my friend 25 years old 170 tall and 85 kg he has only 1 gym near his house so he joine to lose weight and getin shape. The thing is there is no cardio teacher in that gym they only deal with bodybuilding without cardio. It was his 1st day in that gym and the instructor told him tososome abs workout and that great buthe is telling me that he feels his bear belly is looking bigger then before. What i wanna ask is that its soreness or that is gym i not good enough for him t lose weight and gettinin shape ?

You can definitely lose fat without doing cardio. I think adding cardio to help lose fat is good for general health. To lose fat you must be in a caloric deficit and wether you get there by eating less or burning more calories off (aka cardio) it doesn't make much difference as far as just fat loss is concerned.
I do believe though that if you can eat slightly more and do some cardio to bring your caloric level down into the deficit you have a better chance of maintaining your muscle mass since your protein intake can be higher etc.
And his beer belly is no different than it was after the first day. Abs/obliques don't grow very much at all. He is likely just feeling sore so he is more aware of whats going on there now.

Your friend can still weight loss without cardio but cardio is good for the health of our body overall. So it is better for him to weight loss and some cardio and have faster weight loss and get a lot if good benefits out of cardio.
