Fat loss problem?

I am training every day at the gym running on the treadmill, using cardiovascular training and weights for 1 hour. I seem to be losing body fat at an alarming rate which is good. I was wondering what diet would be best to follow to aid fat loss.?
Any suggestion please!

If you are losing fat at an alarming weight then why do you need more help in fat loss?

Yes. Just stay in what you are doing because it works best for you. Like you said, you're losing weight in an alarming rate. Take a high protein diet, because you need it. You need to eat right if you are doing your exercise regularly, and with an extra effort.

If you are really worried about the diet aspect, use you Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) x activity level (Harris-Benedict coefficient), and subtract 500 calories. Divide those calories into a 30/50/20 % protein/carb/fat ratio and see where that leads you. Those numbers are not the end-all, be-all for your diet, but they are a good starting point. -EK
