| gain muscles is by training them so inducing injury which the body tries to repair and by giving your body the ingredients to build these muscles like proteins and vitamins |

| focused on training with free weight exercise to pack on more muscle mass like bench press,dips,pull up,deadlift,barbell press and squat. |

| Hi RN1986, Some tips for you to gain muscles. Eat right and take more proteins in your daily diet. Increase your water intake and raise the number of repetitions you do or the amount of weight you lift. Watch your cardiovascular workout. |

| Just focus on training because it is only way of gaining muscles.You should also improve your diet.Eat healthy food which are rich in protein,vitamins etc. |
