Default Help with the last few %

Hey guys
Just recently I've been trying to cut my BF% down. It's around 16% at the moment and has been for the past 6 weeks or so. I'm aiming to get to around 10%. I've been going to the gym minimum of 5 times a week doing full body weights 3 times a week and cardio sessions on the days in between. My cardio sessions are usually 10 minutes of interval training or 30 minutes steady jogging, both with an incline of 1. My weight sessions usually consist of 2 exercises per muscle group and I'm going with the fairly standard 3 sets of 10 reps.
Regarding my nutrition I usually aim to take on around 2200 calories a day (this is with the 20% deficit taken off) before anything burned off with exercise. I will usually eat an extra 100-200 calories on weight days and on cardio days I eat around the amount that the treadmill says I've burned.

My question is simple; is this workout appropriate for my goals? I just seem to be stuck at the moment. I've been around 180lbs since I started. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Josh

You may want to check out some intermittent fasting strategies. I've found this to be effective for overall fat loss as well as "stubborn" fat and breaking through plateaus. Yohimbine supplementation can be used with this strategy, too.
