Angry Here is what I am doing ...

Hi guys , am having some worries about my workout plan and plz tell me if its enough or not cuz am not changing a bit and not feeling tired after workout; here it is : (5 times a week)

1. Cardio on treadmill 25-30 min

2. wight lifting 2 muscles per day (bi and chest ...) about 15

3. setups and abs crunches .

About my eating plan : 4-5 meals a day 2400-2500 calories (according to my BMR=3000 cal.)
1. All bran 100 g + apple
2. tuna + salad
3. soya beans 300 gm
4. salad

am 186 cm and 94 kg , I guess there is some thing wrong my training session , Help please

What are the numbers of protein, carbs, fat? Do the cardio after lifting.

There's not enough information in that post...

What are you goals?
As mentioned above, foods?
Supps?

When you don't have enough energy it's almost certainly going to be your diet
