im training cardio and weights, doing sit ups and trying to eat healthy. wats the best way to loose abdominal fat fast?

You can't spot reduce fat.

Need to work on losing fat and it eventually will come off belly although genetics and age may make it difficult to ever truly lose it in that area. Also need to make sure that you have strong abs beneath the fat and situps are not all that great. Search for ab and core exercises.

planks and anti rotation are good for teh abs.

also, ab pulldowns and reverse crunches.
