Hi Paul,
To lose fat quickly do start some exercise, sport or any physical activity. Break your meals in 5 small meals including snacks and increase your water intake. Prefer raw food over processed food, drink green tea daily and avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda.

You're responding to a spammer Erskine. As Fitnessfreak said, check out his first post. He's not here to learn, just to get you to go to that website.

And I would REALLY like to know how those sups are making him look smarter. Maybe he's using them as a face cream..

I don't consider any such artificial supplements for weight loss and fitness. I prefer natural fat burning foods over other supplements. Along with exercise I use lemon, orange juice and 3-4 grape fruits in a week.

I agree with john.In my opinion natural treatment is much better than any artificial supplement. All these supplement are not safe. There may be some kind of side effect of them.Instead them natural product like green tea, orange , lemon and green vegetables are best for losing weight.

The body burns either fat or carbs depending on the intensity of your activity. But when it comes to losing weight, calories are calories. I like to discuss more about this thanks for sharing the informative post.
