Train hard, like 3 days cardio and 3 days weight training a week and eat a calorie deficient diet.

1.[B]figure out how many Cals u really need
2.wisely manage ur diet:
(a)carbonhydrate should be ur main energy resource, keep low fat intake.
(b)keep low carbonhydrate intake at night.
(c)finish ur last meal eailier.(4 hours or more before sleep)
(d)try more negative Cals foods(Cals to digest them > Cals they supply

3.proper workout schedule: accelarate ur metabolism rate.

4.make sure ur metabolism rate is always lower than(not too low) ur Cal intake in fat loss period

5.be patient&consistent self encouragement

6.try to keep fit all the time

Hope these tips will help. :)

no, don't keep low fat intake...if anything, lower carbs. Fat isn't bad...

carbohydrate intake at night making you fat is a myth, ignore!

you can eat before you go to sleep as well so this 4 hours or more before you go to bed is just asking for catabolism and a loss of muscle instead of fat....

Awful tips...

There are no "secrets" to fat loss--it's all about maintaining a negative calorie balance for long enough to see the results you want. You may want to check out my 24/7 Fat Loss Review. It is based on the timetable you have mentioned (about 8 weeks). But keep in mind that this plan and all others requires you to carefully plan your diet and work hard in the gym.

Cardio and Runnig is best for that as i know :)

Cardio, calorie intake and muscle development is key. Remember muscles use more calories so weight training is a must

Try diet pills that have no harmful effects

Phentramin-d: A strong appetite suppressant as well as a powerful fat burner.
It is more safe and helps to lose more weight than any other products available in the market.

it is all about the diet. Eat clean, don't take in fast or processed foods. Just sayin, supersets and short rest periods.

The simple mathematic goal is calories out > calories in. Some useful tips:

Eat SOMETHING, ANYTHING within 30 minutes of waking up. Fruit, oats, eggs, are good examples.
The last thing you eat should be at least 2 hours prior to going to sleep.
Drink a LOT of water.
Get your recommended 20g of fiber every day.
Eat a minimum of 3 servings EACH of vegetables and fruits.
Do not drink soda or caloric beverages (exceptions might be 100% organic juice, such as grape or cranberry).
Do not consume high fructose corn syrup.
Do not consume trans-fat or hydrogenated oils.

If you follow those rules the more general rules that people will give you will kick in automatically:

-You will be able to easily manage your portions.
-Your blood sugar will remain level and discourage gaining fat.
-Many of the foods you eat within the parameters I mentioned act proactively within your body to burn the fat (antioxidants, etc).

Just regular exercise, healthy diet, some yoga and every morning drinking some mild water will really help you to lose fat.

Carbs

Avoid sugar like the plague, and don't eat any carbs 4 hours before bedtime.

Also I read some where that you can burn 300 percent more body fat if you work out before you eat breakfast in the morning.

You should look that up!

It depend on you, how you are serious in it.There are two thing which are necessary in losing wight. The first is diet and second is exercise.Eat healthy foods like green vegetables and drink maximum water.Second you should do cardio exercises daily. These are helpful in losing fats.

I would like to recommend an effective method which i used to lose fat and weight.

First is to cleanse your body of all the toxins and bad chemicals that is preventing the body from burning fats effectively and efficiently as the body should. Once the body is cleansed of these negative toxins, and back to its efficient fat burning mecahnism, you should start on a proper diet of on items that are low on gylcernic. Also you should also eat only lean protein sources of food. This diet will allow the natural food to work well with the body and help burn off more fats while keeping you healthy and strong. The important complement to this diet is effective exercise of the mind and body. Following this method, i managed to become thinner and healthier in just 12 weeks.
