Now does Hydroxycut work or no?

I figure that it depends on what your body size/genetics....

But most people I know thats used it or knows some ones tells me that it does work...

I gotta cut some fast weight soon, at least 30 pounds within the next 2 months, I've done the diet where you lose 8 pounds a week....but wanna give it a re-jump start to make it go by faster without killing myself...

Now compared to other fatloss pills, or all other ones, whats the best?

My weight is about 230, 5'10, 20 percent bf...

As far as it goes, I do some martial arts, punches, kicks, thrust, moving around 2 times a week, run 4-6 times a week, 2 miles, some calistetics, plyometrics, 2-3 times a week, try to aim for 8-10 hours of working out a week..

Not planning on lifting weights again till I get down to about 180...

bakkily's Sig:230 pounds, 22ish percent bf, 5'11

Goals: Reach 190, 8 percent BF (by sept, oct, wanna get 4% for a teen bodybuilding competition)

Squat over 400, bench 300, Deadlift 350 (in which I doubt I will be able to do) but I shall PUSH myself!

Give Blood, Play Rugby!

I dropped over 80 pounds. Started on regular hydroxycut, then I switched to hardcore. I'm sure it helped. But a lot of it came from lifting and running my butt off and a complete diet change. It's not miracle but it can help. Good luck with it.
