Default I need help with a special diet

My goal is to lose about 20 to 25 pounds in the next few months. That in itself should be easy enough.

The problem is, Im going to have to lose it all using almost completely a diet and very little workout.

It gets a little tougher. I drive a truck, which means I sit down almost all day. I have a cooler I keep in my truck so I can keep a small amount of food cool, but have no freezer for any frozen food. Also, I have no microwave or any other means to cook anything.

I would like some recommendations as to what food would be best to keep. Right now Im keeping small snack items like peanut butter and crackers and granola bars. I also keep some lunch meat and alot of water and gatoraid.

Im thinking maybe I should try something like slimfast twice a day, a few small snacks inbetween and a sandwhich or something for dinner. I know they make protein shakes, but do they make other shakes that may help?

Dinner is the only meal I can sit down and eat, the rest of the meals I pretty much have to eat while driving.

To recap, my limitations are:
No freezer and only a small fridge
No means to cook or heat
Must be able to prepare and eat food with one hand
Need to somehow still get the required amount of calories and nutrients in a day.
Very little aerobic workout

As much as I would love to, any kind of steriod to help burn fat is out of the question. I get random drug tested to much to take that kind of risk. But, if their are any legal, over the counter fat burners or appetite suppresors that actually work, I could use those.

Can someone please help?!?!?

I would do two meals during your route that are liquid meals (2 scoops whey protien, 5 grams of glutamine) Then depending on how long your route is 2 meals that are simpler (chicken and broccoli) if you buy chicken strips from costco you can eat them with one hand...and if you keep your broccoli pieces big you can also measure out a cup put them in a bag and eat them while on the road with one hand.

I think alot of this for you will be preparing the meals and getting them in while driving.

For cardio check out the HIIT sticky, then look at dr.X's sticky on "how to cut" for information on how to put together a diet plan...then put one together (its very easy really) and post it here and we will take a look at it for you

As far as fat burners, I'm sure if you platue in your fat burning process you can easily find some type of ephedra product at the truck stops (or so I've heard) and then take that with some caffiene

Thank you for your reply. Im sorry that it took me a while to get back here, but as I said, I drive a truck and do not have access to the internet most of the time.

Ill look into things like chicken strips at Costco, Im just worried that that wouldnt work since I will not have a way to keep them frozen, and if I remember correctly, chicken will not stay fresh to long if its not frozen.

I plan on getting the shake that was recommended. I did plan on trying to look into some kind of liquid meal, slimfast was my first idea, but I really do not know how effective that is.

I had also thought about trying some sort of appitite suppresion but Im not sure which ones actually work and are worth a shit and which ones are a waste of time.

Ill try to look at the article you mentioned and see if I can figure out a good diet and then Ill post it here to see what you think.

Again, thank you very much.
