Inputs on my Cutting Diet...
 
Hello everyone im new to the forum... im sort of new to the whole diet things, but i have to started to change my eating habits. I've only been working out for a few months.

some stats about me:
5'6"
142lbs
bf%? (i say around 15%)

i usually work out around 2hrs a day, 5x week. i do 15min intensive cardio after lifting every other working out day.

i came up with my cutting diet, but i would like some inputs on it... since its my first time cutting:

Im shooting for 1500 calories on 50% protein 40% Fats 10% Carbs.

1st Meal:
1/2 cup oats
3/4 water
1 scoop whey protein
fish oil softgels
multivitamin

345 cals/31g protein/30g carbs/10g fats

2nd Meal:
protein shake
120cals/24g protein/3g carbs/1 fat

3rd Meal:
Tuna 2oz
Mustard 2 tbsp
66cals/13.2g protein/.2 carbs/ 1g fat

4th Meal:
chicken 8oz
fish oil softgels
multivitamin
245 cals/49g protein/0 carbs/8.5g fat

Workout

5th Meal
protein shake
120cals/24g protein/3g carbs/1g fat

6th Meal
tuna 2oz
Protein shake
230 cals/38g protein/7g carbs/4.5g fat

total: 1,126 cals/179.2g Protein/43.2g Carbs/ 26.5g fats

im planning on adding 2 servings of flaxseed oil to my diet. which should increase the cals by 200+ and fats by 26+.

any ideas or inputs would be great.
