Just need some advice
Hey guys im new to this form, just a quick question im very close to seeing my abs, I have a faint 4 pack any advice on how to shed this last layer of fat? My workout consist of cardio, and some weight training like benching, weighted ab crunches, bicept curls etc. I recenlty started taking soymilk with my whey protein shakes is that going to stop my progress or no? And any ideas on meals I can take on the go? Thanks.

I'm not a big fan of soy--you'd be better off with regular lowfat milk or skim milk. Seems you have the exercise part taken care of, so the next thing to do is to get your diet in order. Diet is 90% of fat loss.
