im 6'3" and overweight (complete bullshit becuase if u saw me in person youd say i wasnt) but over like 2 months of using pre and post workout supplements,i can visually see a difference in size, but my weight just keeps going higher.i was at about 215 around 6'1" at the end of summer in 08' and i just been liftin and yea.so i do try but theres no weight loss.and yes i know muscle weighs more than fat lol

I dont understand? If your goal is to lose bf while retaining muscle then a good diet, training program with some cardio, say 40mins 3/4 times a week should be know problem..

well, muscle can gain weight also. I think your problems is you want to lose fat rather muscle. so I recommend you do a measurement of your body fat %, then design a dietary/training plans that suit your type with a professional weights.
