lower chest fat loss
 

for the longest time now i have had stubborn fat on my lower chest that i just cant seem to lose. im now ready to do whatever it may take to lose this fat. im tired of being uncomfortable with my body. so now im here asking for your opinions on what i should do. im pretty sure its just fat. but there is also the off chance it may be gyno. idk, im no doctor. so anyway tell what you think i should do. ive started running again in hopes that i could burn it off. as for the gyno i understand its common in teens going through puberty, well ill be 18 this summer and i still have it. thank you for all your help
