YOUR 15. Relax... You have so much growing and filling out to do yet. I didn't start getting serious about lifting till the end of college and I'm relatively strong. You still didn't post your diet and while you're at it could you also post your routine too.

im on now real eat this only diet but i get around 1000 cals a day and thats changing tommorow. Everyday I do 20miles on our recumbant bike on a pretty high resistance level and i do 100 pullups on our total gym @80% of my body weight and 10 pull ups later in the day on our pull up bar. I do about 40 pushups on the little triangle things *u know what i mean* and do upside down pullups *so same way just pushing instead of pulling if that made any sense* and run a mile 2x a week.
Ill go on any diet really and i want some kid of extra boost.

OK, you are not eating enough. I know this may sound funny to you but you are putting your body into starvation/ survival mode. When that happens your body slows down your metabolism to a near halt because it thinks it's going for long periods of time with out proper nutrition and need to hold on to what it can to survive.

YOU NEED TO READ THE STICKYS ON DIETING.
You also need to read about HIIT cardio.

These are what will give you the knowledge to become lean. Your work out is so so. You just need to READ EVERYTHING. Your diet is your number 1 problem. I can cut weight and eat almost 3000 cals. Why, because I time my meals and eat and workout smart.

If I were you I would start trying to bulk up to maybe 170lbs. and then try and cut so you have more muscle. The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism will be. Plus your 6'1", 155 is way skinny.

like dave said: your putting yourself into starvation mode...no wonder you wont lose fat..

why..? didnt dave suggest some changes...? go incorporate them...start HST or 5x5....100 pull-ups a day wont help you for nuts..!!

there is no such thing as spot reduction..you lose fat on an overall basis and it largely depends on your genetics...which you cannot alter..

here are Dave's stats at the end of his 5x5 program:

i dont know, but i may get flamed for this:

dont do 500 sit-ups a day..

doing more of ab work doesnt help in losing that paunch...

a lot of ppl dont do abs for months on end (me included, but since i am not so advanced, it doesnt count) and yet have VERY firm abs..

what you need to do is focus your program on compound exercises (hence i suggested Beginner 5x5 aka Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength) and you should eat a LOT of food...

i'm 5'7 @ 178 lbs w/ 15-16% bf......and 2 years ago, i was 5'7 @ 165 lbs w/ 34.3% bf....

can you give us an EXACT outline of your weightlifting program...??

and as dave said: 1000 cals is too little...

EDIT: i saw your program: its not good enough...doing only bodyweight exercises isnt gonna help build muscle or lose fat...i mean, it will help: in the sense, if you keep doing what your doing you WILL lose fat, but it will take time..and since you want to get in shape fast, i dont think your method of training is even close to optimal...

What I max out on doesn't mean much about what I know about dieting and lifting but since Sentinel already stated my maxes, there you go.
Right now I weigh about 202 and I have been cutting for 2 months you can see my journal in my sig. that I'm doing now. I started at 217ish. I'm looking to get to about 195-190lbs. by the end of August.

just read the stickys. It's that simple. After that you will be ready to ask the harder questions.

yeah, 500 sit-ups will do nothing for you except stiffen up your hip flexors.
