Im just curious i know it has nothign do do with knowladge or anything just wonder what you guys can do thats not in ur sig.

Just saw a commerical about the no-explode stuff whats that realistically do?

It's ok. I would save you money and just by CEE and Citrulline Malate. I've heard that it give a good pump, but pump, IMAO, is only a mental thing for me. If I feel pumped I might feel like I can take the world on but the pump doesn't build muscle, just inflates.

If you have the money, try it and come up with your own opinion. If anything, it will build your supplement portfolio.
