-make sure you're eating enough calories
-drink lots of water
-get lots of lean protein
-get lots of veggies
-get some fish oil and other healthy fats, not just peanut butter

Drop carbs down below 20% of your daily total of calories, replace with fats and knock up protein a bit. Also...take it the fuck easy. An hour of cardio 6 times a week??? Your body probably wants a break BADLY. How long have you been at that?

Remember, your body is smarter than you. If you're punishing the shit out of it too long and too hard, it's gonna go into starvation mode and give you limited gains.

Give me a rundown of what cardio you do and when you do it and I'll critique... I can drop fat like a motherfucker, and if you're serious, I'll give you the proper equations and a list of goodies and chemicals that'll fortify you.

sounds like you doing everything right... just give it some time you dont want to over do it or youll be losing muscle faster than youll be losing fat just make sure you dont eat before you go to sleep as your body cant digest properly in resting state... if you have to eat, eat cottage cheese, its practicaly half digested already and its loaded with casein protein + super low in fat

personaly i refuse to beleive that aspirin will help anything related to body building... to me growing up that was for shit like headaches and you were to never take it unless you were in pain.... thats just my opinion though

I believe the Aspirin is only in the stack to thin the blood and reduce blood pressure. This is because the ephedrine increases the blood pressure. My best guess is just to reduce stress on the heart.

A little bit of info on why aspirin is included in the ECA stack:

Quote:

Aspirin is included in the ECA stack to help prolong the effects of ephedrine. Basically as a normalizing procedure the body reacts to ephedrine by producing prostaglandins and adenosine outside the cell, and phosphodiesterase inside the cell. Inside the cell, it has been found that methylxanthines, like caffeine, inhibit the activities of phosphodiesterase. Stimulation of the beta receptors by ephedrine (via noradrenaline) causes an increase of cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) within the cell. This crucial part of the process that leads to thermogenesis is vulnerable because cAMP is degraded by phosphodiesterase. Outside the cell, aspirin inhibits the peripheral synthesis of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins inhibit the release of noradrenaline in the synaptic junction (before receptor stimulation). So in other words without aspirin (and caffeine), the beta agonistic qualities of ephedrine (via noradrenaline) are practically negated by prostaglandins. Thermogenesis is prolonged because aspirin interferes with this negative feedback mechanism!
However, there is the current debate that aspirin and other OTC painkillers inhibit protein synthesis and therefore negatively affect your gains.

Would definitely NOT reduce carbs. What is it with people and these low carb diets?? You don't lose weight because of carb depeletion, you lose weight because of a calorie deficit. If you replace 100 grams of carbs with 100 grams of protein, you still have the same number of calories. POINTLESS. The ACSM recommendation for protein intake among weight traininf athletes is under 20% of your total calories. Have you checked your BMR to make sure you are getting enough calories in the day? Is your cardio done at under 70% of your MHR? Is it done on an empty stomach? -EK

Please get rid of the shakes and eat real food.
Your not eating enough so your body is going to eat muscle instead of fat. You should eat 2000 calories a day and close to 300g of protein per day. Carbs should be consumed until around lunch. Also add at least one more meal. Average 333 calories per meal
