| Hi, I hurt my knee yesterday playing soccer and now i probally wont be able to run or do anything that puts pressure to my right leg/knee. I was wondering if you knew any other cardio exercises or ways to burn fat. Thank you!! |

Perhaps adjust it slightly, decrease your calories while injured, this will help in any unwanted body fat created. Also, i find the elliptical or style machine like it is easier on the knees. Could try that out as well. Something that glides more than puts pressure on your legs. best of luck in recovering! |

Swimming is good, as another person mentioned. Or you could try walking on an treadmill with an incline. I'm assuming you can put weight on it, just not any impacting force. |
