Redpoint Keto

I just wanted to update you on a few things. The first is a newsflash: It's almost January which means if you're looking to lean up for this summer, you'd better start NOW.

With that said, I was on the redpoint forum and they've just updated with a new keto diet for those who can ADHERE to it. I know I've talked to Sleazy a lot lately about their diets, and I know how much he likes keto's lol.

Personally, I've done extremely well with their regular diet w/ managed macros at certain times. Most of the people I've talked to over there love the TCD w/ 2 refeeds a week, and had tremendous results across the board. But for anyone really hardcore, it's there for you. Nothing difficult about it. Just weigh out how much food you need per meal, and they take care of keeping track of everything else.

See you there!

I haven't done any of the Redpoint diets but I took a look at this one and it seems pretty solid.

The laid out meal choices are really good with lots of options so you don't get bored. I also like the fact that they have meal plans with fibrous veggies like spinach and broccoli as its important to take in fiber on a keto diet. Shopping is notoriously easy on a keto and their meal plans should help give you ideas as far as protein and fat sources go. You probably want to choose the meal plans with the cheese, bacon, mayo, or real butter only in moderation and stick to the healthier fat sources for most meals, but other than that the diet looks good.

Their forum is where I got most of my supplement advice from. Top notch programming too!
