Well it has sugar in it. about 14grams a scoop. This isn't a creatine that you have to load on so you dont have to take it alot.. The sugar in it will release insulin which will help absorb the creatine. So limit this to only having it post workout when your glycogen stores are depleted. You should be fine man.
