That last little bit
Hey guys, I am new to these boards. I have lost 98 pounds since march of 2009. I started at 6'3" 316 pounds and I now weigh 218 pounds. I went from a size 46 to a size 34. I have no loose skin as I have been lifting from the beginning to go along with the massive amounts of cardio. I'm now gaining muscle by leaps and bounds. I'm happy with the way my arms, shoulders, pecs, back, and legs are progressing, however I still have a poochy stomach. I have small love handles and a layer of fat over my abdominal area. I intake around 115 g of protein a day and drink a pre workout drink before I lift. I now lift four days a week and do two days of straight cardio. The majority of my cardio these days is done more in the form of explosion/agility cardio i.e. power cleans, frog leaps, plyometrics, etc. I do the P90x ab shredder once a week. Any tips from some of you pros on getting rid of that last little bit of fat around my abs/love handles area?
Your protein is pretty low for someone your size.
What is your total calorie intake daily?
When I was really cutting weight I was down to < 1500 per day. I now average around 2k. I don't really want to get any smaller, I just want to shred, then possible gain back 10 pounds of muscle, eventually ending up around 6'3" 235 pounds.
