hey everyone dis is priya from Delhi i am new to this forum i was going through the threads of the forums and saw a column for weight loss maybe people are looking forward to loose their weight!! i read their post and people responses to it! i too went through all this before some time i was overweight i tried almost everything but nothing worked out my problem then a friend of mine advised Fatflux pills, i wasn't sure to take it or not as i have heard these pills have many side-effects but i had no other option so i took it and the effects i saw after using the pills is recommendable! firstly it had no side-effect it is useful it works slowly but within weeks the changes were visible!

I think its a very nice and informative thread health so there are many tab or cap for weight lose but i also agree with you that's why you only maintain your diet you gain weight lose

I have been recently used many pills but i failed to lose some weight, i used Orlistatin capsules. Do you have any good suggestion?

Weight loss pills are not good for the health and mostly leads to various health complications.

I completely agree and natural weight loss is the best way. planking exercises are the best thing to be done that will also help strengthen the core muscles.
