womans training routine?
Looking for a programme for my girlfriend, she wants to tone up and loose weight, she's not into body building, just looking for any routine that would help her reach her goal quickly and effectively?
she's around 5' 6" and weighs around 9 and a halfish stone. most important parts to improve are stomache, thighs, tighter upper arms and she wants a toned bum but doesn't want it to go any smaller..if that's possible?! any help would be appreciated! thanks didn't know if this should go here or womens forum? |
It all starts in the kitchen. She needs to figure out the right eating plan and calories she needs based on her body stats. This is key for losing bodyfat...(not how you train) As for a training program she will get the best results hitting the weights and throwing some cardio into the mix.
Women should train the same as men...it's no different. So eating plan, weight training and cardio in that order :) Good luck to her!! |
