Default A few cutting questions

Ok, so I am getting ready to cut in about 1 1/2 weeks here. Next week is my last week of bulking. I'm 5 LBS away from my goal (215), so it shouldn't be too hard to get up to that. I also plan on cutting down to 200. Anyways, my questions are :

1) I've read a bunch of stuff on what should be done cardio-wise for cutting. I've read don't do it, do it 20-40 min, do it up to 2 hours, do gradual increases blah blah blah. What would be the best length to do it?

2) What supplements, if any, should I take while cutting? I am just finishing up my Pro Magnon25 cylcle in conjunction with my bulking (worked great), and I am not sure if I should take anything for cutting.

3) I've read that you need MORE fat % while cutting than you do for bulking? For bulking I am right now on 45% protein/35% carbs/20% fat. I've read that for cutting it should be something like 40% p/ 30% c/ 30% f (with a lower caloric intake of course). Is this correct? Is this a decent % to use? If not, which do you guys think I should do?

One more- What is your take on protein shakes when cutting? A trainer at the gy today said that he cuts them out completely. It may just be a personal thing, but I didn't ask why.
