It's all in the diet and your intensity in the gym.If your not eating enough you wont lose weight.

Good luck in 08.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

i agree that diet and intensity at the gym are going to be HUGE factors in your success. if you're not consistant, you can't expect dramatic results. get into a consistent routine and diet before even considering additional fatburning supps.

as for those stubborn areas, there are some topical creams that can help with those but again if you're diet & workouts are subpar you're just gonna waste time and money with any supps/creams.

Clen is not going to help take off a lot of weight.. Most people who use it are already fairly lean.. And if you're not dedicated in the gym I wouldn't mess with something that hardcore anyways.. I second the other advice, you need to get a good diet down. Not to many calories not to little.. Find a range where you can lose the weight at an acceptable pace. Only two ways to lose fat!!! Burn more calories than you take in, or take in less calories than you burn....

Forget the sups, man. You don't even know what stubborn BF is. Stubborn BF is the fat that it doesn't wanna go away when you are already pretty damn lean which you are obviously not.

So basics first. How is your diet like? What is you're training like?
