| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Just startin to think ahead to when I'll be cutting in January. I think I'm gonna go hardcore this year and get one of those scales that knows the caloric value of all the foods. Where do I get one of these? Anyone used one? Reccomendations? There is a couple on ebay I saw but I thought I'd ask here first. Lots of pps here that seem to know what they're talkin about. Thanks for you time, IronWorker |

Gender: | Once the one I have now craps out on me, I'm probably gonna pick up this one. I've only seen it at Fry's Electronics. But then again, I don't look at stuff like that at other stores ![]() If you do a Google search for "Weigh Of Life 3084 Digital Food Scale" you'll come up with a few more places where you can find it. |

| Rank: Member Experience: 1-2 Years | I second fitday.com. You input your foods - portions, cooking style, etc. - and it gives you cal/macro totals for your day. Then input your activities and it gives you total cal output for the day. I use it meticulously for wrestling, it's good stuff. |

Gender: | I prefer http://www.nutritiondata.com/ over fitday. Much easier to use (ie, less time consuming) and better accuracy with portion amounts. |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Well those are pretty sweet tools as well...however, seeing as I really don't have any way of accurately measuring anything here now I think the scale would be the best way to do it. Besides, it'd be neat to play around with. lol |

I already know all the macros for weights. I just think it'd be fun to play with all the buttons and settings | |
