| Rank: Bantamweight Experience: > 1 Year | Well I guess I could add some more carb cals but I think my diet is pretty good already. I just started the basic 5x5 program on monday and DAMN my legs hurt like hell right now so the sprints are gonna have to wait a while. lol. |

Gender: | Bro...I would highly doubt you could get fat from bulking...even eating a couple of cheese cakes a day. Remember this bro....more muscle means faster metabolism. ;) Clean diet in really high protein, low carbs equals lean muscle mass |
