Gender: | Well I really appreciate all those questions and yes my goals are way more bigger than the beach. Honestly if I had "the beach body" It still wouldn't faze me. I'm just a girl who has never been in shape how I truly wanted and now all my focus is based on achieving a leaner look. My ultimate goal is to drop my bodyfat down to 15% and to become a fitness model as well as a fitness trainer. I know that will take a long time, but i'm in it for the long haul. Whatever it takes. Thanks again for the advice guys and feel to continue to comment. |
