i hear that CLA (conjugated linleic acid) mix with guarana help to lose fat. did it's true? if yes, where did i can buy guarana and CLA?

You can get them at any vitamin store. Who told you this? If it was really that great i think it would be more wide spead. A lot of people have good success on an ECA stack.

I think the primary stimulant in guarana is caffeine anyway.

CLA by it self wont do much, I've heard that with ALCAR its suppose to be a good fatloss stack, never tried it myself though.
