Gender: | Just came accross the thread in the MMA Forum on this. Probably will need to wait awhile before I could use this routine for cardio. Working on building strength now. |

Gender: | it's a great workout and you can do it on an off day if you wanted. I do complexes while doing strength training all the time. It was a trial and error type of thing to find a balance but it can be done. |

| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 3-5 Years | yes i learnt this the hard way...i did 2 complexe sessions this week on my workout days 4-6 hours after my workouts and i was so fried (also considering since this was a high volume week on my program) that on my last workout (lower 2) i couldnt feel myself lockout on rack deadlifts, i kept rounding my back on front squats and pull throughs were given zero attention. be careful not to do what i did. im not going to be doing complexes or anything of the sort until i can increase my work capacity quite a bit. |
